Some things deserve to leave your desk
The thing that had my hands shaking over the send button has a name now, and it's yours if you want it.
Last week I told you I’d finished something and couldn’t quite tell you what it was yet.
Not because it was a secret. Because it hadn’t left my hands, and some part of me was still hoping it might stay unfinished a little longer, safe in the place where nobody gets to have an opinion about it.
It’s out now. So I can finally tell you.
It’s called The Second Act Blueprint, and it’s the process I use with every woman I sit down with in a Strategy Session, written out so you can work through it yourself, on your own kitchen table, without needing me in the room.
Because if you’ve ever looked at thirty years of experience and thought, I know I’ve learned something valuable. I just don’t know how to turn it into something I could actually offer, that’s exactly the problem it was built to solve.
The thing I kept hearing, from you and from every woman I’ve worked with, wasn’t, “I don’t have the experience”. It was, “I don’t know how to shape thirty years of it into something I could actually offer”.
That’s the gap this fills. Not more inspiration. Not another framework to admire and never open.
It’s five questions, in order, on paper, that take you from I have all this experience and no idea what to do with it to a real, priced, sellable first version of your second act.
I built it because not everyone is ready for a Strategy Session. Some women simply need somewhere to begin. I didn’t want the first step towards a second act to depend on booking time with me. I wanted people to have a way to start whenever they were ready, whether that’s on a quiet Sunday morning with coffee or at two in the morning when sleep refuses to come.
It’s twenty-one pages. It asks what you’re actually carrying that’s rare, who you’re best placed to help, what you’d charge before your instinct talks you down, and what the first three moves are once the thinking is done. Nothing about it is theoretical. You write in it.
I priced it at $59 because I wanted the first step to feel accessible. I wanted there to be a way to begin before you were ready for a Strategy Session.

I won’t pretend I know exactly how this lands. That’s still the part that makes my hands a little unsteady, if I’m honest. But I’d rather you have it and tell me what’s true and what isn’t than keep polishing it in private for another month.
