Second Act Blueprint
WHY I MADE THIS
For more than thirty years, strategy was my profession. I helped organisations, leaders and teams work through complex decisions and find a practical way forward.
When I started building my own second act, I expected to find that same kind of strategic thinking for women like me.
I didn’t.
Most resources assumed we were starting from scratch. We weren’t.
So I built the Blueprint I wish I’d had.
THE PROBLEM
You didn’t get here by accident. Twenty, thirty years of real experience, and somewhere in the last few years a second act started knocking. Consulting. Coaching. A studio, a practice, a shop, a book. Something that’s yours.
And then it stalls. Not because you’re not capable. Because “what would I actually offer, and what would I charge for it” turns out to be a much harder question than it looks, and and much of the advice out there assumes you’re starting from scratch, not building from decades of experience.
So the idea sits in a notes app. Half-formed. Waiting for a version of you that feels 100% ready. That version doesn’t arrive by waiting.
THE SHIFT
You don’t need more information. You need to sit down for one focused stretch and answer five questions, honestly and in order. That’s the Blueprint. A practical framework you can work through at your own kitchen table.
If, after working through it, you want a second pair of eyes on what you’ve built, that’s exactly what the Second Act Strategy Session is for. A 1:1 session to pressure-test and sharpen what’s on the page. The Blueprint gets you to a real first draft on your own. The Strategy Session is for when you want it stress-tested with me.
Warmly,
Pia
